A Look Back: Nov. 27

1960: Arnold Palmer wins the Mobile Sertoma Open for his eighth PGA Tour victory of the season. Included among his wins are The Masters and U.S. Open titles.

1966: Jacky Cupit wins the Cajun Classic.

1966: Billy Casper is named PGA Player of the Year after leading the tour in earnings ($121,944), wins (four) and scoring average (70.27).

1983: Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Tom Watson compete in the first Skins Game at Desert Highlands in Scottsdale, Ariz. Player wins the title with $170,000.

1988: Raymond Floyd wins $290,000 to capture the Skins Game.
