PGA Tour's Champions Tour Players Commit To Visit Oregon To Compete In The Jeld-Wen Tradition Presented By Umpqua Bank Contact Terri Wheeler PORTLAND, Ore. (August 14, 2003) - Some familiar Champions Tour players have committed to compete in the JELD-WEN Tradition presented by Umpqua Bank, the fifth and final major of the season. "The JELD-WEN Tradition is the final major on the Champions Tour schedule, so it is sure to bring the best field of the year," said Ed Ellis, tournament director. "We are thrilled with the players who have already committed to play, and we look forward to announcing the final 78-player field in the weeks to come." The tournament will feature a total of 78 Champions Tour professionals competing for a purse of $2.2 million. It takes place August 28-31, at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club in Aloha, Ore.
