Some of the Virginia State Golf Association's and Middle Atlantic PGA rules officials will be among the instructors at four VSGA-MAPGA Rules of Golf Workshop to be offered throughout 2004. The series begins on Monday, February 16, at Independence Golf Club in Richmond.
