NGCOA Courses Select Keyonix Smart Key System Contact Bobby LoVine (March 19, 2003) - Keyonix,LLC announces that the first courses to implement its accountability system share a common bond. Pawtuckett Golf Course, Penny Branch Club, and three properties managed by Ratcliffe Golf Services, are all members of the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA). The Keyonix System replaces current cart ignition systems with its Smart Key System, similar to the electronic keys used in the past few years by the hotel industry. The Smart Key enables golf course owners, for the first time, to regulate and account for golf cart usage and cart related revenue, greatly reducing the possibility of somebody playing and not paying. "It is no surprise to us that these operators are all NGCOA members." said Bobby LoVine, National Sales Manager for Keyonix. "One of our first goals was to reach proactive owners and operators.
