The WebLink feature provides clubs with the ability to have members view monthly statements online and send statements via email to its membership base. This feature will save time and money for the clubs because regular mailings will no longer be necessary. The club can choose to send each member's monthly statements via email, regular mail, or both. Also, Clubs will have the ability to integrate the statement capability directly into their existing web environment or work with 3rd party content providers who currently serve the club industry. The Crescent WebLink feature is available in the recently released Version 4.5 of Crescent Systems Accounts Receivable module. Many other features such as enhanced minimum capabilities, member preferences, and member spending analysis were added to the software as well.
