LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. (April 7, 2003) - After significant evaluation of market need, product development and testing, Crescent Systems, Inc., has rolled out their Version 4.0 General Ledger, Fine Dining, Member Database and Accounts Receivable modules, all fully integrated and Windows' based. Crescent Systems also announces their innovative "Club Manager", a "real-time" management product that provides daily operating statistics that enable clubs to make sound business decisions "all on ONE screen". As of this writing these licensed software products have been installed at current Crescent clients across America, as an upgrade without additional cost, as well as at several new client clubs.

The evolution of significantly upgraded private club modules over the past two years represents a dramatic and orchestrated investment by Crescent to offer competitive advantages in the private club market with its fully integrated business software. Renowned in national public, municipal, resort and semi-private golf circles as a premier provider of point-of-sale related products (i.e., POS, Inventory Control, Sales Services, Tee-Sheet, etc.) and fully integrated "back office" products, Crescent is now expanding rapidly in the private club market. Currently, over 25% of Crescent Systems clients are private clubs.

"Crescent Systems conceived its software architecture in the late 90's to serve all club segments, the private club segment being the most complex. The product strategy was one prong, with service and support excellence being the other prong of its strategy. Today Crescent Systems serves over 200 clubs in 37 states, including Hawaii and Guam with fully integrated software and service and support second to no competitor," states E. Neal Trogdon, President. "Functionality in highly reliable accounting, member services and transaction processing are essential elements to private club vendor success. But after-sale service, support and continuing education offers via monthly internet training sessions, coupled with its Regional Seminar series nationwide are what sets Crescent apart from other alternatives," Trogdon states.

Chicago based Crescent Systems begins its 7th full year of designing, delivering, and supporting fully integrated, proprietary, Windows' based business solutions to the club and golf industries. Visit our website www.crescentsystems.com for complete systems and corporate background.
