Clubessential Releases Improved Survey Capabilities

Experience Clubessential(August 8, 2003) - Receiving member comments is an important component for the club industry, with most clubs sending annual paper surveys to garner feedback from their membership. To improve on those efforts, Clubessential recently released an enhanced survey module as part of their Series 4 Web site software package.

Clubs using Series 4 can now send detailed member surveys via their club Web sites. The survey creation tool supports many different types of question formats, allowing clubs to receive a variety of responses from their membership. Surveys can be any length and can be sent to all members or specific groups of members. The tool collects responses and returns them to the club on the date specified by the sender. The new survey manager is available to clients at no additional charge.
