WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (February 14, 2002) -- Back 9 Technologies, L.L.C., the latest entry in the online tee times reservation market announced today it has purchased Teetimes.com, a pioneer in interactive golf course management technology and marketing solutions. Back 9 Technologies, which is 100% employee owned and operated, purchased the former Teetimes.com software, golf course member contracts and the well-known web address, www.teetimes.com.

Back 9 Technologies, L.L.C. is directly owned and operated by former Teetimes.com senior management, Bill Hopke, President/CEO and David Dawicke, CTO and original creator of the company's technology. The current contracts represent agreements with over 200 East Coast golf courses providing Internet based reservation and data management software applications.
