ORLANDO (September 5, 2002) - Synthetic Putting Green Manufacturer Putting Greens Direct announced today that PGA Tour professional Joe Durant has agreed to a 5-year endorsement deal with the company. The signing of Joe Durant is the third PGA Tour player to endorse Putting Greens Direct. PGA veteran stars Davis Love III and Paul Stankowski are also company representatives.

"We are extremely excited to have Joe on board with us. Joe is a tremendous player that has risen through the PGA ranks to become one the most consistent players in the game today. He finished the 2001 season in the top 15 and had four top ten finishes along with setting several PGA records. The signing of Joe Durant comes on the heels of another recent announcement that Putting Greens Direct had signed on as an official sponsor of the upcoming Solheim Cup. "We have focused on bringing some of the top players on board with our company and expanding our brand name nationally as well as internationally."

Financial terms of the 5-year deal were not disclosed.
