(January 7, 2002) -- The Golf Press Association announces it will produce a special 2002 The Wire Show Guide e-newsletter in conjunction with the PGA Merchandise Show, Jan. 24-27 in Orlando, Fla. The Wire Show Guide, to be e-mailed on the first day of the PGA Merchandise Show, Thursday, Jan. 24, to targeted media worldwide, allows exhibitors attending the show and companies not in attendance to increase exposure of their new products. "With the success of The Wire, the Show Guide was a natural extension to allow exhibitors and non-exhibitors the ability to easily distribute information about their products," GPA Publisher Alex Miceli said. The Wire is a daily e-newsletter that began in July 2001 and is the single source for press releases pertaining to golf and the industry, compiling the headlines in a quick, easy-to-read format.
