TORONTO, Ontario, Canada (July 15, 2003) - In conjunction with its global growth strategy, Tommy Armour Golf and RAM Golf, both Huffy Companies, announced a new business structure to manage the Company's operations throughout the European Market.

James Wilson, a 15 year sales and marketing executive in the golf industry has been appointed Managing Director, Europe for Tommy Armour Golf.

"James brings 15+ years of sales and marketing experience, including a position at Callaway where he served as Executive Vice President and succeeded in opening up the first Callaway subsidiary outside of the United States. We're excited to be working with someone of his caliber as James brings to Tommy Armour Golf an intimate knowledge of the golf industry, which will further establish our distribution channels and ultimately assist in providing superior customer service to our expanding account base," said John Collins, President Tommy Armour Golf.

In related news, Graeme Stevens of UK Golf Services will lead all initiatives for RAM Golf and will concentrate his efforts on the growth of the RAM Golf brand throughout the European market. "Graeme continues to make a positive impact promoting and building the RAM brand of products throughout Europe and we are excited by the brands growth prospects", said John Collins, President Tommy Armour Golf.

"We are enjoying tremendous growth potential in Europe with the RAM brand," said Stevens. "It requires a dedicated effort by myself and the RAM team to provide the necessary focus to all golf category issues in order to better service our key accounts and also capture additional business for our RAM brand of products."
