Institute's Research to Be Published Exclusively in GOLF Magazine

ANDREWS, Scotland - GOLF MAGAZINE and The Pinehurst Company Golf Institute have established a research and testing partnership, it was announced today at the quadrennial meeting of the World Scientific Congress of Golf in St. Andrews, Scotland. Under the direction of The Pinehurst Company Golf Institute's Eric Alpenfels, the Institute will collaborate with the editors of GOLF MAGAZINE to conduct research on hundreds of golfers to test the actual efficacy of golf instruction tips and lessons. The results of this research will be published exclusively in GOLF MAGAZINE. "This partnership with The Pinehurst Company Golf Institute will take our instructional content to an important new level," stated George Peper, Editor-in-Chief of GOLF MAGAZINE. "Only in the pages of GOLF MAGAZINE will golfers learn which tips and lessons truly work and which don't."
