San Diego and Convention Center Welcome PGA Fall Expo Contact Fred Sainz SAN DIEGO (July 2003) - The San Diego Convention Center Corporation (SDCCC) and the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau (SDCVB) welcome the 2003 PGA Fall Expo, the country's second largest marketplace for retailers of golf-related merchandise, to the San Diego Convention Center for the first time ever, August 5-7, 2003. "Hosting the PGA Fall Expo is another success story for the Convention Center," said Carol Wallace, SDCCC President and CEO. "If it wasn't for our expanded building, we would not have been able to book this event. We take great pride in knowing the PGA Fall Expo will be returning to our Center in 2004 and again in 2006." Thousands of golf industry professionals from around the world will attend the industry's premier fall business event offering more than 40 education seminars; products and services of some 300 exhibitors; and hands-on testing at interactive product demonstration areas. The show will utilize nearly 190,000 square feet of exhibit hall space and 44,000 square feet of meeting room space at the Convention Center.
