NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (August 6, 2003) - KZG has found the strength
it needed for their new KZG Cobalt Series of Drivers and Fairway Woods.
Strength of material, that is. The golf industry will make this discovery
for the first time when KZG debuts it's Cobalt Series of clubs at the
PGA Fall Expo August 5-7 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego,
CA.
Cobalt is no ordinary metal - and these are no ordinary golf clubs. Cobalt's crystalline and hexagonal closely-packed structure creates an exceedingly dense metal. When used in golf club face inserts, the tight structure provides consistency on every hit. Cobalt's tensile strength, yield and elongation is more than twice that of 17/4 stainless steel, resulting in a hitting surface that maximizes energy off the clubface. Cobalt has primarily been used to make high temperature, high strength alloys, and is often used in the manufacturing of 747 jet engines. In addition, it's resistance to abrasion preserves the scoring lines on club head faces.

KZG's Cobalt Fairway Woods, with the MSR of $179, feature a mid-profile for ease of play off any lie; available in #3, #5, #7, and #9 woods in RH, and #3 and #5 woods in LH.
