CHAMP Soft Golf Spike Usage Tops Century Mark At Takefuji Classic

For the fifth time in five events, more golfers wore CHAMP soft golf spikes than any other brand, but this time 101 golfers or 70 percent of the field at the Takefuji Classic chose CHAMP soft golf spikes. And for the fourth time this year, the winner of the LPGA event wore CHAMP ScorpionSpikes(TM).

According to the Darrell Survey, at the Takefuji Classic, 101 golfers wore CHAMP soft golf spikes, with 95 wearing CHAMP ScorpionSpikes, two wearing CHAMP TRAC(TM) spikes and one wearing CHAMP Tred-Lite spikes. Also, according to CHAMP's LPGA Tour representative, seven golfers wore CHAMP metal golf spikes, bringing CHAMP's total spike count at the Takefuji Classic to 108, or 75 percent of the field.
