CHAMP Provides Needed Traction For Winner At Rain-Soaked Bay Hill

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (March 26, 2003) - Making it look easy, the winner
of the Bay Hill Invitational used CHAMP 6mm Cer-Mec(TM) spikes for the
ultimate in traction. This victory marked the sixth time that CHAMP golf
spikes have entered the winner's circle in 2003, more than any other
spike manufacturer. In addition, more golfers at Bay Hill wore CHAMP
golf spikes than any other brand, with fifty percent choosing CHAMP.
In all, 61 golfers at the Bay Hill Invitational wore CHAMP spikes, with 44 wearing CHAMP 6mm Cer-Mec spikes, 14 wearing CHAMP ScorpionSpikes, one wearing CHAMP TRAC spikes, and one wearing spikes manufactured by CHAMP for Nike. At the 2002 Bay Hill Invitational, only four percent of the field wore CHAMP soft golf spikes, compared to 13 percent this week.
