Golf Coaches Association Announces 2002-2003 All-American Scholar Recipients

CHICAGO, Ill. (July 18, 2003) - The Division I, II and II National
Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Teams were announced today
with 297 women's collegiate golfers being recognized with this prestigious
honor. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are
some of the most stringent of all college athletics. The minimum cumulative
GPA is 3.50 (3.40 for Seniors) and student-athletes must have competed
in at least 66% of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds
during the year.
