PCA Worldwide's FIFTH 2003 Caddie Hall Of Fame Is Looking For Your Input To Help The Loop Contact Dennis Cone (August 7, 2003) -- The PCA (Professional Caddies Association) and (PCA) Worldwide Caddie Foundation 501 (C) (3) is accepting nominees now. You can nominate on the Internet or mail for those deserving induction into the FIFTH 2003 PCA Worldwide Caddie Hall of Fame in October and PCA needs YOUR help. The PCA is opening the World Caddie Museum and Caddie Hall of Fame in downtown St. Augustine, Fl USA. The PCA is looking for Caddie nominees from Country Clubs and The Tours, NEW Board Members, Sponsors and Caddie fan support TO GROW THE GAME. Will you join the PCA TEAM? If you know of a caddie living or deceased who has had 10 years of service, shown support for the game of golf, worked to help improve the life of the caddie (LOOPERS) or who has had an important impact on the caddying profession, PCA Worldwide wants to hear from you TODAY. PCA will send you a form after YOU NOMINATE SOMEONE to help honor the stewards of the game. "I want more people and the world to know about it," said Dennis Cone, PCA Worldwide Caddie Foundation President and Founder. "We're really getting the public involved in what we are doing. It's a process over time, as people find out about it (the Caddie Hall of Fame and PCA ), where they say, 'This guy or lady should be in.'" We want to have a caddie from every country in the world represented and sharing their start in golf someday. With over 40 inductees worldwide since 1999 they are on their way. The public can nominate deserving candidates through September 1st, 2003 by going to http://www.pcaworldwide.com or e-mail PCA@PCAworldwide.com. Once an individual is nominated, PCA Worldwide will send a letter of nomination and a two-page form to the nominee, or in the case of a deceased nominee, to his/her family or other representative. Based on the information gathered, the 10 members of the nominating committee, made up of a PGA TOUR golfers, professional caddies, GWAA golf writers and other dignitaries, will cast their votes. PCA is looking for the oldest working male and female, The best caddies living or deceased and the best CaddieMaster.
