European Women's Golf Network announces 2003 dates Contact Nick Green (March 20, 2003) - The European Women's Golf Network (EWGN) has announced its calendar of events for the 2003 season. The EWGN will be based at the wonderful Stoke Park Club in Buckinghamshire and the Network has quickly attracted the support of official sponsors, including Callaway Golf (equipment), Inkerman (gifts) and Play Better Golf (magazine). The days are designed for two groups, existing players (group A) and new players (group B). The existing player group will enjoy a day featuring 18 holes at Stoke Park Club, as well as the opportunity to utilise their brand new spa. The new player group will have the chance to learn the game of golf in a relaxed and informative atmosphere. A team of PGA professionals will lead the group from the basics through to venturing on to the course for the first time. Date -- Group -- Format Wednesday 30th April -- A -- 8 x 4 balls The EWGN sets out to become a place where women from all walks of life can come together and enjoy the development of their golf game in an environment that positively encourages the growth of women's golf and encourages networking between women in business and socially.
