SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (April 3, 2003) -- After such a victorious 2002 golf season last year for QLink wearers, who thought things could get any better? When the QLink pendant was profiled in the Feb 3, 2003 issue of Time Magazine as the "Bogey Buster" and when several QLink wearers began winning the first PGA tournaments of 2003, those at QLink Golf started to think that just maybe they could top 2002.

"2002 was such a milestone for QLink Golf. We were starting to achieve critical mass within each of the tours, with players beginning to call us requesting a pendant when they'd heard about success with a competitor," said Director of QLink Golf Tod Sinding. "You hope you can keep up the growing momentum. And with our 2003 start, we think we can.

"With many players -- 300 at last count -- competing with the QLink in their equipment bag, our confirmed tournament wins have jumped from 28 this time last year to 68. We just have so many players out there who believe in the pendant's stress-relieving effects that we can't help but contribute to wins tournament after tournament, almost every week."

The first QLink wearer to win this season is Ernie Els, victorious in several worldwide victories this year. Last year Els was wearing a QLink when he won the British Open. In addition to Els' victories, the last five Champions Tour tournaments were won by QLink wearers. These are the Ace Group Classic, the Verizon Classic, the Mastercard Classic, the SBC Classic and the Toshiba Classic.

"We have many players who tell us they consider the QLink to be a piece of equipment, something they must have during tournament play in order to perform well," said Sinding. "On the PGA Tour last week, current #21 Tim Petrovic gave us a wonderful quote to use which included this highlight: 'The QLink is as important to me as a driver or a putter...it is a necessity!' added Sinding, "You'd be surprised at the players who've called us asking for a replacement QLink to be overnighted in time for a tournament."

2002 brought an array of new -- and longtime -- QLink wearers winning tournaments including three majors: Els at the British Open, the Ford Seniors Player Championship and Juli Inkster at the LPGA US Open. Steadfast QLink wearer Sam Torrance gave his victorious European Ryder Cup team QLinks which they wore during the tournament; while new QLink wearer Charles Howell III won the Michelob Classic at Kingsmill after just one month of wearing the pendant.

2002 was also a good year for growing the retail side of business, with further expansion planned for 2003. To date, QLinks are sold in 150 active retail outlets. Some of the larger chains include Edwin Watts (So. Florida), Worldwide Golf (Roger Dunn, Golf Mart, Van's Pro Shop), Martins Golf and Tennis (South Carolina), Golf USA (Texas and Oklahoma), Golf Headquarters (Texas), Nevada Bob's (misc. nationwide), Las Vegas Golf and Tennis (West Coast), Palm Beach Golf Centers (So. Florida), and Golfer's Warehouse (five stores in Northeast).

About the QLink pendant...

Developed over 20 years and researched with scientists at Stanford University and University of California at Irvine, the QLink is powered by the company's proprietary Sympathetic Resonance Technology (SRT). A peer-reviewed landmark research paper published in a prestigious science journal in December strongly suggested that SRT can help reduce effects of stress from head to toe, including live blood cell analysis, EEG brain wave studies, and stress in all organs of the body. The QLink has been shown to be particularly effective in producing greater calm and heightened focus and concentration, so necessary for the game of golf, leading to better performance. Many users report more restful sleep, the reduction or elimination of jet lag, and a stronger sense of well being.

The QLink is available in three models: Classic Sports (SRP $129); Sterling Silver, brushed and polished (SRP $299); and 14K Solid Gold, brushed and polished (SRP $839). The QLink is available at golf retailers or by calling toll free (800) 246-2765 or by visiting www.QLinkGolf.com. The QLink has the Member Tested Seal of Approval from the Partners Club, an organization of over 500,000 avid golfers throughout America who test and evaluate golf equipment and products.
